How can I connect my macbook to my home theatre philips HTD3510G to watch videos

Connect the video out of the macbook to the TV. Connect the headphone out to the aux in on the HTS.
If the TV has ARC then an alternative is to connect the macbook to the TV with HDMI and select the ARC input on the HTS.
If the TV has ARC then an alternative is to connect the macbook to the TV with HDMI and select the ARC input on the HTS.
