1 Expose it to heat or cold. both adversely effect your phone. leave it outside in a winter nights or in a car in intense heat summer day,
2 Download too many apps in internal storage and your phone wont work properly.
3 Overcharging the battery again and again,It worked in old phones
4 Malwares can Effect your phone strongly #You want to be safe then my recommendation Malware bytes
5 The most Obvious and Easy one is to get it wet. Even a Very minute quantity can ruin your phone's Speakers and can also sneak up to main chip and fuse it
