Solved! how can i find it?

i lost my infinix HOT7 and still have the IMEI number. the individual who stole it flashed it and took down my security app which was supposed to protect the phone and give a location. I think he knew how to counter the "find my device" app. now my phone is not even in the app manager and the android device manager. Can anyone help?
