Bought my gateway nv53a laptop from best buy about 2 years ago.
Took into have some replaces done and the tech told me and show me that it wasn't new when I bought it. Is there a way for me to verify this?

contact gateway if the repairs were done by best by or gateway they would have a repair order in there computer for the unit.
