How can I fix my phone's colour problem that happened after it fell

My phone just fell on it's screen and now I'm seeing unclear and many images of a normal screen on my phone
I'm seeing lines and faded colors

It sounds like you damaged the device. The only way to resolve that is to have it looked at and repaired. It could be the screen that was/is damaged or something internal.
