How can I get back my photos and videos if I have deleted them?

My memory card was full and I didn't had enough space so I went to storage and USB and clicked on everything and delete all everything my photos and my videos ,songs and etc.. Please help me how to get them back.

No!! I don't put any photos or videos on the memory card back.
