How can i get channel 51 to work on my samsung tv?

Is Channel 51 analog or digital? Is it a local broadcast or is it a cable/satellite channel? Is your antenna/receiver supposed to get Channel 51? Have you tried running the TV tuning option through your TV's settings menu?
