How can I get more space in my cel Phone?

My cel Phone is full but I don't know what to do.
Where could i get info to help me tô do tratamento?

There is no way to add more space to the physical phone. You can (if the phone has the ability) add an SD card to the phone and save things like photos, videos, music, etc., to the card. However in many cases apps cannot be saved and run from a SD card.
