how can I get my photos out of my old broken phone

back in 2016 on May 12th I broke my phone I was through Straight Talk and now I'm at Cricket Wireless how can I get my photos back from that broken phone to my new phone now? And how'd it would I do about that and I can't even remember to email or neither or password
