Solved! how can I get my sim puk number

I tried locking my sim in my android phone and it got locked;thereby asking for puk number.Please help me.

Only your Service Provider can help you with a PUK or Personal Unlocking Key.

They will only issue the key if all monies on the account are paid up then you can that take key to another Service Provider of your choice.
