how can I make my laptop show the original screen with the background and apps

my little sister bumped something on the keyboard and now it only shows what was in the settings. I reset the laptop and default settings but it didn't change.

Not really sure what you are explaining, how did you reset the laptop? Did you do a clean Windows setup as in a factory reset? What exactly do you see on the system? Screenshot would help.
