How do I recover my contacts from my LG 2.0 smartphone? I do not have a computer so will need to recover my contacts from my phone

I wonder if you have enabled synchronization on your phone with Google account before. If yes, then you can restore your contact list to the state it was within the latest 30 days from Google Contact. But I afraid that you might need to use a computer to help you recover lost contacts from LG, I have no idea if this can operate in the mobile browser.
