Question how can i save photo and video in pc?

yesterday, i save photos and video in PC from iPhone but some problem while saving data.my iPhone device not shown in the my computer derive.so,tell me any one what can i do to store my photos and videos in PC from iPhone.

Well your issue is not saving the files, it's the fact that your computer does not see the iPhone. Go though some things here https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204095
When you connect the phone, iTunes does not see it at all? Does anything show up in My Computer or in Device Manager?
