How can I set up my projector to my Apple TV and wireless surround system

How can I set up my projectotorto my Apple TV and wireless surround system only I'm a novice at this and haven't got a clue

Apple TV has HDMI output only.
Connect that (and any other sources) to an HDMI input selector with audio extraction.

Connect the HDMI out of the switcher to the projector.
Connect the audio output of the switcher to the surround sound system.
