How can i store laptop with non removable battery for a month/week or a long time?

Hi I have a laptop with non removable battery. I don't want to use it for a month so how can I keep it safely so that battery life wouldn't get damaged for a month. Please help me.

You need to shut the laptop down and leave it in a cool and dark environment between 40% - 60% battery life.
