how can i transfer my pic from my pc to my andriod cell

I HAVE PHOTOS ON MY PC THAT I WANT TO PUT BACK ON MY ANDRIOD CELL TO GO HAVE THEM PRINTED OUT.BUTNOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW HOW TO EXPORT PHOTOS. PLEASE HELP ME

In most towns there will be a retailer who prints photographs you take in on a USB flash drive or an SD Card. It's a lot easier than printing from an Android device. Why can you not print straight from your PC?
