The wires are similar to the two in the picture. I don't have that yellow cord one.

Those loose frilly wires screw into one end of the bannan Plugs. In the ones I posted the side you screw those into is not visible. Then u use standard stereo cables and connect to the bannana plug. Then on the other end the adpater I posted w auxillary will connect to the other end of the stereo cables.

so basically it should be like this.
this is your speaker [O O]==== these frilly cables that you posted (not the yellow one) screw into the banana plugs. then connected to the male end of the banana plug, you hook up standard stereo cables like these http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=standard+stereo+cables+red+and+black&id=93DD90FD4E62A22CB9DA30A44D1889838AA57517&FORM=IQFRBA#view=detail&id=93DD90FD4E62A22CB9DA30A44D1889838AA57517&selectedIndex=0

then from the end of the stereo cables I just posted right above this text, you can finally use these

Yes I get it! Thank you. One more thing, both of them have those cords... and that's all. No power cord.

well...idk about the powering up of those speakers then...if it doesn't work the way we set it up you will need to buy a receiver...those are 200-500$+ for the higher end receivers. basically you hook the speakers to the receiver and then you hook up all your media devices to the receiver and you have different input channels (so you can use one set of speakers for many devices)

yeah I mean, sometimes the speakers get their power from the source its plugged into like smaller ones. but big beefy speakers that are probably heavy on the power draw might not work without something like a receiver to amplify the power going to the speakers. a receiver would in effect act as our banana cables..

http://www.amazon.com/Onkyo-TX-SR313-Channel-Theater-Receiver/dp/B0077V8930/ref=sr_1_1/183-8835970-2756519?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1389412529&sr=1-1&keywords=5+channel+receiver

something like that, notice on the back on the far right it has inputs for the speakers, those loose wires clamp into there. Then on the left side is outputs, where you could still in effect use the stereo cables + the stereo to auxillary jack adapter. That is how I have my setup at home. TV has one channel. PS3 on another. PC uses the audio jack like the one in the firs post of mine. if you want you can try without a receiver...if it doesn't work you wont have wasted so much money since banana plugs would have been the only "waste" you would still need all the other parts we listed above, just possibly + a receiver .Id hit up craigslist, even older ones that are good brands will suffice. just do your research before you buy!
