how can i use my old cell phone number?

i cant text, call either recieve text and call on my old cell number. i want my old number.

After came back from overseas my phone number got taken due to not recharged, Vodafone is not giving me old number back to me.

Once the account go inactive, the phone # is released back to the pool

This is something that you can only sort out with your wireless carrier, if at all. There is nothing anyone else can do to resolve the matter.
