So you created files. Deleted and formatted. Created more files, and deleted them and formatted, and now you want to recover ALL the files?

You get it from wherever you copied it to.
You mean direct from the SD card? You can't. Once you delete it from the SD card, that card uses that space for new files.

Consider this:
A 16GB SD card. Over time, you take dozens/hundreds/thousands of pics. In total, these thousands of pics total 50+GB.
Obviously, that 50GB cannot exist on a 16GB SD card.
Gone.
