How d fo i cable channels on my vizio tv?

I can get channels on my vizio tv help please

If your TV has a QAM cable tuner built in you would connect the cable to the antenna input, select QAM, and scan for channels. You will only get those channels that are unscrambled. A cable box or digital cable converter would have to come from the cable provider to get additional channels.
If the TV doesn't have a QAM tuner you will need the above box or converter to get any cable channels.
