How do get someone to repair my speakers

That will depend on where you are and what make and model of speakers these are.
You can contact the manufacturer to see if they can suggest anyone. If there is a local TV repair shop they might be able to do it for you.
In the US you can try www.millersound.com but would have to send them the speakers.
