How do I access my LG G Vista the keyboard has disappeared as well as the wizard is disabled or not there so there's no keyboa

My LG G Vista has no keyboard and evidently it was factory reset with the wizard disabled therefore there's no way for me to go to settings when I press the volume down and the power it does reopen LG welcome English you settings for people accessibility and then it can go into safe mode when I press next it wants WiFi there's absolutely no keyboard no settings option I can't push anything what do I do

It should allow you to 'hard reset' the phone, unless you do not want to do so, as it would cause loss of any personal data. However, if the phone was rooted at any point, then the 'hard reset' may not work.
