Hi Janet,
Have you had any success. I've been pursueing a number of companies including Dell for Service Level Agreements. But the task seems incredibly difficult. Emails bounce back, phone enquiries get shunted from one department to another and many of the online leads all lead to the same dead end.
I know many question going after this type of work, given that the returns aren't great. But I've found it's best to go after evey opportunity as they somtimes lead onto better and greater things.
