How do I connect a magnavox sound bar to my Samsung smart tv without original remote

Model of the TV? What connections are available?

Please don't take this the wrong way but if you type the Magnavox model # and the word "remote" on Ebay you can probably get a good one for $5 - $10.

You don't need the remote to hook it up but you would might need it to select the correct input and certainly need it to adjust the volume without getting up.
Google the make and model of the soundbar plus remote and you should find a used one or equivalent.
