How do I hook my 55' smart tv to a Samsung 3d blueray with surround sound

No I got it from my son so it is used

Exact models would let us device if and how. If you can take pictures of connector panels of both devices, and uploaded the, to eg imgur.com, if will be even better.

You can find the manuals a lot of time online, just do a web search for your model and see what comes up. Most likely thing is just a simple HDMI cable form the blueray player to the TV.
