How do I hook up my hardon Karmon sound bar to my sharp smart TV?

Not sure how to do it but for anyone that's helping the brand you're looking for is Harmon Kardon.

Without models numbers we can't give you an exact answer.
Most common way would be to connect them with a Toslink optical audio cable.
If the TV has a headphone jack and the soundbar an aux input that would work too.
Check the TV manual on how to use the audio output.
You might need a converter.

Yes we need model number of sound bar and tv.
Typically though you use an optical cable to connect and if the tv doesn't support optical then you need an audio box of some kind that all of your devices connect to for audio and that will connect to the sound bar and any additional speaker for surround sound.
