I heard about smart tv and I would like to connect my laptop and smartphone, tv. Can someone help me?

Your TV manufacturers website should have instructions on how to connect their TV, as well as a list of devices that the TV will work with. Note, you must have an actual Smart TV to connect to. Not all TVs are Smart TVs and not all devices can connect to them.
