There is no headphone jack on the TV.
The owner manual says there is an optical audio output so if there is you need one of these..

It may require you to turn on the optical out, turn the TV speakers off, and change the audio output to PCM stereo.
The specs for the TV only mention HDMI-ARC as the only audio output. If this is the case you can use an HDMI audio extractor with a headphone amp.
Both of these outputs are fixed so you need a way to control the volume for the headphones.
A cheap AV receiver would work and might offer other options.
