how do I create a new admin if I forgot my admin password

Okay so someone sold me a Mac but I do not know the admins info and they don't know either so how do I reset the admin

No one here is going to help you bypass a password for any reason.

Wipe the disk and reinstall the OS clean. As already stated no one here will assist in bypassing password security of any kind.
