How do i download music on my Android to my micro sd card ?

Option 1: Connect your phone to a computer with USB cable, and transfer music.
Option 2: Take the SD card out of the phone, put it into a computer, transfer music.

There are more advanced methods involving WiFi network between the phone and computer.

In both cases you should have the music available on your PC. There are no legal "free" MP3 sites to download from.
