Question How do i factory reset a samsung galaxy a21s

So basically i forgot my passcode and when i try to factory reset i dont end up on that page with the options i just get on a page with samsung logo, i also tried to factory reset through a pc connecting to my phone but all the softwares that i have found all need a subscription. so if anyone knows how to solve the samsung screen issue or just a free software that would be amazing
