Question Laptop Factory Reset

A teacher gave me their Asus Q304U laptop to factory reset because they forgot their password. The computer boots to a name with a PIN and fingerprint options in order to sign in. Obviously, I can't reset the PIN and there is no password.

When I turn on the computer I see the Asus logo and it goes to the sign in screen. I have tried the F9 option and SHIFT + restart and those don't work.

How do I factory reset it?
