How do i fix? I replaced my HP Laptop Screen and now it has 3 Horizontal White Dotted Lines

I replaced my HP Laptop Screen and now it has 3 Horizontal White Dotted Lines. They did not show up until after I ran the machine for a few hours. And now they wont go away.

I have tried to un plug and replug the screen and I have gone through the drivers and resolution settings, but there is no difference. HELP!!
