It take time to start the window then when it is on it asks me to sign out

What is "it" exactly, need system brand and model. Did anything happen before the issue started? If Windows takes too long to start, it can be a failing hard drive. First step you can try is re-install Windows on the drive you have. If same issue, get a new drive.
