how do I fix my myphone a818duo when i cant make phone calls even txt messages

I cant send sms but I can receive .. I cant make phone calls... what can I do?

Do you do anything with the phone?(root,roms etc) you can receive but can't send...maybe don't have enough load?(dunno if your in a postpaid plan or prepaid)lol
