How do i get all my data to my new phone when my other one broke and i didnt have back up data on

If your data was only on other old device, and the old device doesn't work, then there is no way to get the data off of it. You would actually have to repair that old device to be able to get the data off of it to put on the new device. This is why making backups is so important.
