How do i get my lost contact on my hisense phone , I fell in water?

If the contacts were saved to an online account like your Google account or your provider account, once you logon to those with the new phone they should come down. If they were only on the internal phone memory or the SIM card, you may be able to get them out of the SIM card is that is still functioning in a new phone. Your service provider should be able to try to help you with the SIM card.
