How do I get my phone back from a hacker trying to scam money that loaded a child porn on my phone

I hit a site said a video player and it took over with child porn pics and then locked said I have to pay a fine or blah blah blag.trying to extort money from me by getting a credit card from Walmart. Are you kidding.

Talk to the manufacturer of the phone, and get it wiped and set back to factory.

Okay thanks, phone is old and I just wanted it for games and photos, but that crap is uncalled for, I'd like to have them sent to jail.
