How do I get my pictures from my old phone

do you have a home network so you coud transfer them to pc if old phone still active .

Which phone?

You haven't wiped the data on it, correct?

You should be able to connect it to a desktop via USB and drag/drop the pictures (or any files on there) to the desktop.
