Trying to get my tablet voyager 3 going I go to English then I put my email address then password an just goes rit back to same question

If this is a new device you just bought and it isn't working, take it back and have them exchange it for a working one.

However, if it is one you have had for a while and for some reason you reset it (which is the only way it would start asking for info again), then there is no way around that. You have to enter the correct original info for the device (the same as when it was first ever entered) or it won't work. There is no way around that.
