How do I get my S7 Edge unlocked and used for Cricket from Sprint?

I have been trying over two months. I don't owe anything on my phone. I own all rights to my phone and have been gone from Sprint and been with Cricket Wireless for over two months now. Sprint keeps giving me the run around that my phone will be unlocked in 2/days and it still has not happened.

They should be able to unlock it right then and there when on the phone. I would stay on the phone and keep asking for supervisors until you get someone who can help.
