How do I get my zeepad 9xn just like it came from the factory?

My charger wont work, and I cant connect to my wifi. My tablet is a Zeepad 9xn Jellybean. Cant take it back as I bought it on line.

Even if you bought it online, you're usually still covered by consumer protection laws.

There should be an option in the settings menu under Backup & Restore to factory reset it. This shouldn't affect the charger, though.
