How do i know if i have all current drivers

i have a toshiba c655 satelitte laptop wich is running sluggisly i suspect that some of my drivers are not present or up to date how can i find out if im missing some?

Hello... If you running a Windows version? CONTROL PANEL, DEVICE MANAGER... Do you see any red or yellow marks, for any of your Hardware or Drivers listed?
