How Do I Launch GeForce Experience??

I Have had Geforce Experience for a few months and was able to launch it perfectly fine. A few weeks ago I tried launching it, nothing happened. I have Uninstalled and Installed Geforce Experience many times but no luck... I have no anti virus software so that can't be the problem and I have also checked the Windows firewall and it has been allowed.

I Have looked everywhere for an answer but no luck, only people with the same problem.

Please Please PLEASE help me!!

You should be able to right click on the Nvidia icon near the clock on the task bar and launch it from this menu.

You should be able to right click on the Nvidia icon near the clock on the task bar and launch it from this menu.

There is no Icon in the bottom right, even when I chose show Icon and Notifications nothing appears. :/
