Where do I located my bios

Usually one of the following keys being immediately and repeatedly pressed after power on:

F1, F2, Del

If Dell, F12 could bring up a one-time boot menu, which has the option to get into BIOS/UEFI

Lenovo's may require you to press the Enter key at the Lenovo logo, then the boot options menu will appear.
