How do I make my picture so it can fit on my screen, I don't have a remote so I'm not sure how to do it

How do I change my picture size on my Vizio tv without a remote, the picture is too big for the screen and when we run our night owl security cameras on it, I can't see the stuff on the bottom of the screen, what do I do, with no remote?

TVs overscan the picture so you don't get any blanks at the edges. Monitors don't do that.
You can search for the owners and service manual of the TV to see if there is a way to turn off the overscan. If there is I think you will need the remote to do it.
