How do I overclock my laptop's APU?

Rest assured my laptop's APU can be overclocked it is a AMD A10-5757M on an Acer Aspire V5 552pg X809.

The GPU portion of the APU can be overclocked through Performance/AMD Overdrive in the AMD Catalyst Control Center. You can also boost your GPU performance significantly by installing the fastest RAM your laptop supports in a dual-channel configuration (2 identical sticks).

You cannot overclock the CPU portion of a laptop APU. Even if you could, it would not increase performance. APUs already run at the fastest clocks that heat will allow. You can keep it running faster longer by keeping your laptop cool.
