Remote programming. I need the code to program my Genine Direct TV remote in order to operate my Element Tv

The Direct Tv remote is the Genie model RC66X. I just need the Direct Tv remote to turn of my element Tv, Tired of having 3 remotes. Hope this helps

If the code is not listed in the Genie' manual, your TV is not supported. Call their support to find out, or get a new remote supporting both devices.

Menu > Settings > Remote Control > Pair/Program Remote > choose your TV. As said above if it's not on the list it probably won't work.

Get a Logitech Harmony universal remote. Cheapest ones are about $30 and are programmed with the My Harmony app from their online database of IR codes.
