How do I recover my contacts from Samsung account in Note 3

So I backed up my data but now only sms mms and reject list ha's been restored and I can't seem to recover my contacts from my Samsung account... please help

How did you back up the data? Were your contacts actually saved in Samsung info? When you create a contact you have options on where it is created, in my phone I have 3, local device, Verizon or Google account.
