How do I remove this file?

Hi there. I have a problem with some trainer file that I recently downloaded. It's not removeable.

How do I get rid of this crap once and for all?

When I try to change the owner, I'm left with this:

Try booting into safe mode and try it again.
Or could try malwarebytes, as it might see it as malware and delete it for you

Malwarebytes couldn't find anything unfortunately, but booting into safe mode worked. Thanks.
